Directions - Mount Shasta is situated in Northern California on Interstate 5. From I5 southbound, take the Mt Shasta Central Exit (738) and turn left going over the freeway and into town. From I5 northbound, take the Mt Shasta Central Exit (738) and turn right going into town. At this point you will be on Lake Street - at the second set of traffic lights turn right onto Mt Shasta Boulevard, go 1 block to Bank of America and turn left onto McCloud Avenue. Drive for approx. 3/4 mile and turn left onto Madison, then right onto Monroe Way.
(note- please don't use the directions you get on-line as they are usually wrong - we frequently get calls from guests who have been sent in the wrong direction!)
 
In winter it is highly recommended that you bring chains (and a 4WD vehicle if you have one). If you don't have chains they can be purchased in Mt Shasta at Schucks (530-926-1090) or Napa Auto (530-926-4538) or Baxters (530-926-2631). Please drive with care when there is snow and ice on the road - call ahead and we can update you on conditions.
