High Season

$395 per night / $2,370 per week (until Feb 2012)

$425 per night / $2,550 per week (from 26 May 2012)

(high season - 20 November 2011 - 29 February 2012
                       - 26 May - 3 September 2012)

Low Season

$275 per night / $1,650 per week (2011)

$300 per night / $1,800 per week (2012)

(low season - 7 September - 19 November 2011
                      - 1 March - 25 May 2012)


cleaning fee $125
security deposit $250 (refundable - waived if you pay by credit card)
occupancy tax 8%

PAYMENT PLAN
If you are booking more that 3 months in advance, we can set up a payment plan.
This can also be charged to multiple credit cards, if there are several people in your group who are contributing.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 10 - our permit from the county allows a maximum of 10 people to stay in the lodge. Please note you must be at least 25 years of age to rent the lodge.

Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or personal checks if drawn on a US Bank.
Wire transfers or cashiers checks are not accepted.

Reservations & Cancellations
Please note that we require payment of a deposit before we can confirm a reservation.
Cancellations can be made up to 60 days before arrival date for a full refund. Within 60 days of arrival date, we have to resell any dates reserved before refunding any monies paid.

Scams
Please note that we do not advertise on Craigslist.  Any advertisement on Craigslist showing my property is a scam. If in any doubt, please call and talk to us to verify you are corresponding with the property owner  (I am a lady with a Scottish accent living in California). I will never ask my guests to wire transfer money (the method preferred by scammers).
